The staff is friendly, very helpful, I was upgraded to a free room, the room is clean, the food is good, the atmosphere is calm, if I go to Balikpapan I will definitely stay here again, thanks.

Thank God, if I ever go to Balikpapan, I definitely stay at the D'Prima Hotel. Highly recommended for its price, room comfort, and restaurant experience. The service is excellent; when I complained about the TV not turning on, it was promptly addressed.
One suggestion: building a swimming pool in the future.

I really enjoyed staying here. The previous night I got a room with a slightly less cool air conditioning. When I extended my stay, I asked for a room change and got a much better room with a view of the city. 😍 The service is also the best.

I got a room with a toilet door that wouldn't close and the AC wasn't cold enough. But otherwise, it was fine, and the service was top-notch. I extended my stay for a day and asked for a room change, and I got a much better one.
