comfortable hotel service, friendly staff, clean room, only the minus is the room is too small, there is no space to pray so I pray on the bed, and 1 motorbike parking lot, no public parking and it's really hot, but the rest is okay, the food is delicious, but I didn't find an omelet, I don't know if I have to request it first, and what I like the most, the toothbrush is good, not like other 3 star hotel toothbrushes, here the toothbrush is cool, I like it

Have stayed at this hotel twice, and now it will always be a choice when in Balikpapan, the location is in the city center, very easy to reach by public transportation, close to everywhere, the sea view during breakfast is very pleasant, the staff is friendly, the room size and room facilities are very fitting and comfortable.

The hotel room was uncomfortable, noisy, there was a sound like someone was renovating even though it was night, then the AC leaked making my clothes and pants wet, I had informed the Reception but there was no response at all. It's really bad, I swear. Please fix it.

The location of the hotel is quite strategic in the city center, close to Bekapai Park and near the hotel there are many places to sell food (not confused about finding dinner) the hotel is comfortable, clean, the hotel staff is also friendly, the room booked is a bit small, if you bring a car you pay for an entrance ticket, Overall Okay...👍

As usual I often stay at D'Prima Bandar Hotel, it is still fresh/good and continues to improve customer comfort. A little advice for room 230 that I previously occupied, the internet is very bad and the cellular network is also not good, please check carefully. Thank you.

Affordable hotel in Balikpapan with comfortable rooms, located in the middle of the city, around it there are also many places to eat and cafes to hang out.
In my opinion, the amenities are not complete because yesterday I needed a sanitary bag and shower cap but there were none, only a dental kit was provided (maybe I need to ask first, I dunno?) but the toothbrush was cute ehehe
But okay for a short stay this hotel can be an option👍🏼
