The cleanliness of the room must be checked frequently when there is a change of guests to be cleaned, especially the corners and sheets because there are wood chips that may fall off and ants that can make it uncomfortable when there are food and drinks.

especially on the mattress there are some stains on the pillow cover, bed sheet and bed cover, gecko dirt stains or other dirt because the color of the white bed sheet and bed cover is more visible.. then for the trash can in front (balcony) there is still trash from previous visitors and it is full of water (maybe from rain splash) it is feared that it will become a place for mosquito larvae, please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room especially the bed, Thank you

We stayed in the Joglo type. The hotel staff was friendly, check-in and check-out process was fast and easy. The facilities were okay because they were complete, and the food prices were still affordable, tending to be cheap. The only downside was the toilet because the drain was not sloped enough so when taking a shower the water stagnated all the way to the sink in front of the bathroom and took a while to drain. Also, please pay attention to the cleanliness under the bed because it was very dusty and needed to be vacuumed, because it made it uncomfortable and made the mattress underneath dirty. Overall... it was quite a pleasant stay there. Thanks

first time arrived, parking is easy chackin also easy.
Take the belonging from car n go to the room by EV service from hotel. The room is unique since the concept is like a single villa. It comfotable due to the ambiance is like in tradisional house. Bed and towel extended and prepared for family of 4 but the resto n cafe only availabe for order until 9pm so you may not have a late dinner or hangout with dish. But the entertainment is quit refreshing with interactive band also biliard area. Need to improve the availability of the breakfast since it takes some times to refill eventhough its only 8.15 am but the taste is delicious. The cleanliness of adult pool also need to be improved since it has a lot fungus flying in the water during the swimming. But overall swimming pool is good esp the bubble party in the kids area. Need more shield from sun in the waiting zone in the swimming pool area for better comfort. Thank you D'Sawah.

It was a truly enjoyable and memorable stay with my family. The staff was very helpful and friendly, check-in was quick, and the rooms were clean and aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately, access was poor, with damage and muddy roads through the Cifor forest, as the main road was closed at the time. Overall, thank you, D'Sawah.

Very poor safety, work is carried out while guests are staying all day, from 6 am to 6 pm, it's noisy, dust everywhere, the workers are careless, two of our small children fell and got caught on pipes and rocks that were placed haphazardly, the management doesn't know how to schedule the workers' work with the presence of PAYING guests, reporting to the nearest security guard is only answered with an apology and information that repairs/renovations are needed...very uncomfortable.

Check in on 13/7/25 check out on 14/7/25 for a cold AC room, the room cleanliness is quite good.. DISADVANTAGES/THINGS TO NOTE & IMPROVE: dirty room carpet, torn bath towels, no toothpaste & toothbrush in the room, no Qibla direction sign.
for food the taste is quite good for fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, balado anchovies, balado eggplant. The vermicelli is a bit too sweet.
for long bean vegetables the taste is just ordinary.
the cakes taste quite good.
for soto the taste is not salty enough.
the food variety is not too much & also when the food is finished it seems like only one addition? because at 8 o'clock there are already several empty food. Road access is a bit complicated, entry is not small. The staff are friendly.

The staff were all friendly, but the weather wasn't very good at that time, so we couldn't explore much. The water flow wasn't very strong at night, but it was strong in the morning. The breakfast variety was a bit lacking, but it was pretty good. Overall, it was good 👍🏼

when you first enter you get a joglo at the end of the garden, ask to move rooms quickly, breakfast lacks variety for children's menu, no cereal/chicken porridge
fishing is also paid for at 50 thousand/person even though you stay overnight and bring your own fishing equipment, where are the fish, all baby fish, not really worth it
