The first time I stayed here, I was happy because the room was already cold when I entered 😊👍 There is hot water, there is a pool too, if you can't eat in the room, you can eat in the bar area.

The staff is very friendly, willing to help when I checked out late, but it was my fault that my things weren't packed properly, so check out was an hour late.
Strategic location, close to Kuta, restaurants, laundry, etc.
The room is spacious, you can choose to relax upstairs or downstairs, a favorite spot near the swimming pool, the only downside is the lack of toiletries in the room. I accidentally forgot to bring my toothbrush so I had to walk back to Alfa.

The room I found wasn't very nice. There were ants on the walls, the shower water was slow to drain, and the shampoo provided didn't work.
Even when I first checked in, the room was very damp, so I had to keep the AC on all the time.
The Wi-Fi was intermittent, so streaming the Indonesia vs. Saudi Arabia World Cup Qualifier Round 4 match was sometimes slow. The same goes for watching anime.
However, despite these issues, I was comfortable sleeping in for just one day.

My room was on the second floor, and it was a bit of a hassle carrying my suitcase and bag up the stairs to the second floor. Hopefully, there will be an elevator in the future. The staff was friendly, and there's a small swimming pool here too.
