The room was dirty and dusty, not as described, smelled of cigarettes, and had many holes in the mattress. Requests for a non-smoking room were ignored, and the receptionist was always absent.

When entering, you must submit your original ID card. When you want to go out to eat, you are not allowed to ask for an ID card. You have to leave the hotel key. When asked if you will be responsible if something is lost in the room. The receptionist said it was not your responsibility. You were told to just take a photo of your ID card. They did not want to, because the hotel policy was like that. Even though the payment had been made in full via the app. When you want to meet the manager or owner. You are only allowed to bring your ID card.
