the service is unsatisfactory, at night there are 3 people at the reception, 1 person in front of the computer 1 serving guests, 1 more playing games. when serving guests take guests to the room, those who use computers and those who play games do not ask what the needs of other guests standing in front of the receptionist. one manages data, one plays cellphone ... just asking "sir, how can I help you?" there isn't any. I am not a hollow man. For facilities the level of satisfaction of people is different about that, I will not comment on the facilities, but the convenience of the service I feel needs to be further improved. a smile must be applied. thanks.

Parking is difficult, there are no regulators. When I stayed there was an event at Aila Hotel. The parking lot was filled with bicycles of the participants I was forced to park on the side of the road.

the expectation is far from what is shown in traveloka, it is cheap but very disappointing, all values are below 5, dirty towels & the kumel, also spoiled also dirty, no toiletries, no mineral water, not cold air conditioning, bad breakfast, only 2 kind, dusty etc, sorry 🙏

In terms of service, the reception desk is pretty good, but the reception desk is sometimes empty and it turns out that the guard is playing the game in the back room but still visible when passing on the side. For the room it's nice and neat but maybe when the buyer asks for an extra bed it can be placed in the middle of the mattress that is not in the hallway to walk from the outside inside. For online applications or from hotels, you can confirm whether a specific request can be fulfilled or not, because I made a special request on the check out schedule and after being asked to the receptionist the request was not made, in the future confirmation could be sent to the buyer that the special request could be done by the hotel or not or there may be special requirements to be able to make this special request to be more comfortable on the ordering party.
