I stayed at Elohim Budget Hotel Sentani for 8 days and was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and quality it offered for the price. The biggest highlight for me was the cleanliness. The bed sheets were always freshly washed, smelled great, and gave a crisp, clean feeling every night.
The hot water in the bathroom worked reliably, which is always a plus, especially for longer stays. The WiFi was strong, and I really appreciated the smart TV in the room, which was already connected to YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video, and more. It was perfect for relaxing after a day out.
While the location is a bit further from the center, I actually found that to be a benefit. The peaceful surroundings, with birds chirping in the background, made the stay very relaxing. It’s a calm environment, ideal for anyone wanting to get away from the noise of busier areas.
Another bonus is the small kitchen available for use, which was handy for quick meals or coffee in the morning.
If you’re budget-conscious, this place is an excellent choice. I’d definitely stay again, and I really hope they consider offering weekly or monthly rates in the future for longer-term guests.
The only area that could use a bit of improvement is the availability of the reception. It’s a more family-run setup, which gives it a personal touch, but it also means there may not always be someone at the front desk. That said, it wasn’t a big issue for me.
Overall, a clean, peaceful, and budget-friendly stay that exceeded my expectations.

Arriving at the hotel at 1 p.m., there was no hotel staff or anyone guarding the hotel. I waited until 5 p.m. for an officer to arrive. All the hotel contact numbers listed on the Traveloka app were inactive, making communication difficult. A hotel should have a receptionist on standby, not guests waiting for hours.
Please improve the management.
The rooms are nice, clean, and spacious.

Please refund my money, when I arrived at the hotel there was no receptionist on duty at the front, I waited for 1 hour, there was no one at all, and access to the hotel is also very far from the main road.

It seems that the service has been getting worse over time, either because the receptionist is rarely there, or sometimes the person looking after the children doesn't know anything, sometimes you are made to wait for hours, even the door is already closed at night and there is no guard so you can't get in.

After staying here several times, this is the first time the service has been this bad. They have already booked the room a long time ago and when it's time to check in, they say the room is full and they don't want to lose out. Meanwhile, it's their fault that if they have already booked it, they shouldn't give it to anyone else.
