Recommended for staying at Pangandaran West Beach. The only downside is that in front of the hotel there is something like a souvenir market which is quiet and not well maintained so it's not comfortable to look at from the balcony. Overall, it's comfortable to stay here

The room is clean, there is no dust, the amenities are complete and clean, there is an electric kettle for water and coffee tea and according to the request we got a connecting door room because my family is mostly child friendly, the pool is okay and after checking out the car is really shiny, the service is really okay, besides that the hotel is only 1 minute from the west coast 🥰 got a room with a view of the swimming pool 🤗 only the breakfast has no choice hehe but overall it's okay top

The service was great.
At that time, my car was having trouble. The taillights kept flashing. I was at the beach and received a call from the hotel. I was worried the car battery was dead. I was very grateful. Maybe other hotels wouldn't have been so considerate. The Emerald helped find a nearby mechanic. Thankfully, the problem was resolved.
Plus, they provided a car wash in the morning.

All good. Services, facilities, and prices are value for money. We booked one room for four people but hotel provides bath towel and amenities for two people. Our car is washed by hotel staff before we check out. That’s the extra mile service

Book 2 rooms and get a connecting door so you don't need to leave the room if you want to go to the next room. The hotel's location is close to the West Coast, just a short walk away, and the East Coast is also the same, strategic.

It's great, I arrived at 10 am yesterday and was allowed to check in at 12 pm. The car was already washed clean in the morning. The staff is friendly, but the breakfast is not very varied.

close to tourist attractions. The location of the hotel is not far from the beach, just walk, children are free to go back and forth to the beach, the hotel is clean and comfortable, the beds are two big, to the beach is close to Sejali, the staff is friendly, finding food is also very easy. With that price, I think it is very good, friendly to the pocket, the bathroom is very clean.
