I stayed for 1 night, attending a friend's wedding that happened at the same hotel. There was no expectation, and we (me and hubby) choose it because of the venue of the wedding ... as not to complicate things, it's better to stay where the wedding venue was. Came without any expectation, we were surprised with a delicious welcoming chocolate cake in the room. Room was pool-side view which was eye-refreshing ... and what I liked most was the bed, the bed, and the bed ... hihi. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. Breakfast was also awesome .. lots of variety of food and beverages, unfortunately I could not find local specific (Lampung) food. I think Lampung has it's own specific dishes ... like tekwan? mpek2? otak2? Anyway ... overall, it's a five starts stay for me. Thank you Emersia ... we plan to return with the kids and my parents for a family holidays.

If you go to Lampung, you will definitely stay here.. Comfortable, clean, delicious breakfast, friendly and honest staff, I lost my belongings and was informed immediately.. And most importantly, the price offered is not too expensive.

The first time I checked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and the FB service team was also welcoming...continued to the room and was shocked to see the bathroom and closet still had tissue...next time there were back to back guests, please maintain all cleanliness...overall the staff were very helpful and welcoming

The first time I stayed at this hotel, I was a bit disappointed because I booked through Traveloka. At first I was given a room that was not according to my order. I complained and finally I was given a room that was similar to my order. Regarding breakfast, the menu for 3 days was the same and never changed. And it should have been stated that children over 5 years old would be charged 75 thousand for breakfast. The view was ok and the service was friendly.
