Thank you, please if possible, the room should not receive too many students. The noise is extraordinary, the music is like in a disco. Until my husband and I thought there was a party or something. Maybe the security guard can tighten the supervision again. Don't let the image that we have heard from the car drivers turn out to be not an issue. Thank you

Every time I go to Malang I stay here, access to everywhere around UB is close. Because I always go to Malang to visit my child who is studying there. This episode, the intention was to just stay for one night and the rest I wanted to look for another hotel, but I was too lazy to move. Thanks Smart hotel

It turns out there are a lot of rotten things on the mattress. I originally planned to extend, but it was canceled! I complained to CS, they only said sorry and would convey it to management. I don't really recommend to stay here!

Hotel staff is on standby 24 hours. The staff in the lower lobby are always on standby. Spacious, clean rooms. Has a Smart TV. Close to campus. Close to the main road. Close to minimarkets. Has a swimming pool. Need to be reviewed for breakfast menu variations. Mini gym facilities also need to be improved.

It's quite ok, only the traffic jam is the worst because it's almost at an intersection, the room is not soundproof, if someone is making noise we can hear it, the service and food are ok, the photo was taken from our room, the view is really nice.
