I was so excited when I arrived, the location is in the city center, close to malls & tourist attractions. It's also easy to find culinary delights, just walking distance. But it's a shame, in my opinion, for a deluxe room, it's very cramped. When we entered the room, we were greeted with an unpleasant, very stuffy smell, after we found out the source was from the bathroom. The drainage system is not good, so the unpleasant smell returned to the room. When we flushed the toilet, the smell got worse and we had already booked for 2 nights, and I was too lazy to move rooms. Then there was a drama too, the soap dish in the bathroom came off, apparently the staff said it was already broken before, so they screwed it so it wouldn't come off, but the funny thing is that the people who fixed it were 4 staff members who kept changing it. I happened to get room no. 502. Oh yeah, there were also small cockroaches in the room. The Wi-Fi wasn't that smooth either. For breakfast at the hotel restaurant, the only good ones were chicken & rice noodles 😅 and the menu wasn't very varied. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with my stay here
