I had to go around three times because the access to the hotel entrance was not visible (near the Shell gas station). The staff was very friendly, clean and comfortable. Very close to PTC Supermall, Bakmi GM (right in front), the area is good. Thank you to all the team, next time I stay again.

The room smells musty and there is no lighting from outside because the window is useless…. I took this hotel because I saw a picture that said there was a window but it turned out to be just a camouflage window with no light haha… the price is a bit too expensive for this quality of hotel…

Perfectly situated just a 5-minute walk from the main shopping street and 10 minutes to the beach. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, yet the hotel still felt tucked away enough to be peaceful at night.

The impression was very disappointing. The room was not soundproof at all, you could hear people walking, talking, opening and closing doors, the housekeeper pushing and pulling the mattress, especially when there was repairs, it was very noisy. The room was very small and felt stuffy. The Wi-Fi was slow. The bathroom was slippery and hadn't been cleaned. The towels were white but dirty, so they looked like brown dirt. The last day we got the sheets had blood stains. The location is also bad, when you want to enter the hotel by car, you have to pay 8,000 IDR for parking every time, even though you're just passing through. Highly not recommended...

For your information, our hotel area is managed by Pakuwon, where if any of our guests enter the Pakuwon parking area, a fee of Rp 5,000 - Rp 8,000 will be charged and an additional fee of Rp 100,000 will be charged. However, for the time being, we can only negotiate regarding the stay fee that will be waived to our guests on condition that they provide validation on the parking ticket.
