Friendly staff, good hotel access, what needs to be fixed is the room AC because it makes noise, the room is not soundproof from the 7th floor the sound of vehicles can still be heard, motorbike access is not online to all exits.

Strategic location, near the mall and lots of delicious food around the hotel.
The room is ok, the hotel building is a bit old & needs a little renovation. The room AC is cold, the wifi is ok, the room is clean, the hot water in the bathroom is just right, in front of the elevator there is a dispenser for drinking and there is no rusty iron. Worthy to stay in. FO & Security services are also good. Thank you.

The hotel rules were very strange, we were asked to pay for extra pillows! The room was too small for 4. The Paskal 23 mall across the hotel was very convenient.

You really need a renovation and a refreshment, please. The location is soo great, but the room was a bit no from me. But I found a broken shower and a cockroach in my bathroom, so not that pleasant stay for me. The bedcover and the duvet were kind of itchy as well. You could've been way better, Fave HyperSquare.
