Excellent service. Even during pick season, the staff is still friendly. More important value from the staff is honest, my daughter left her new cellphone in bed in the morning but when we back in the afternoon it already on the table. Two thumbs. Connecting door rooms are available if ordered from a distance, and making our holidays perfectly.

Strategic location near the airport and on a quiet route. However, the breakfast is standard, with a menu lacking variety and a somewhat lackluster taste. The restaurant staff is also less than responsive when needed. Overall, the location and price are okay.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is as requested, close to everywhere in Kuta, Discovery Mall is also close, the food is delicious and varied, staying 4 nights was very satisfying, the room was cleaned every day without being asked, only the swimming pool area is a bit less well maintained.

Overall good hotel
from room facilities, wifi, AC, swimming pool and friendly staff
but for soundproofing is still far from enough
No tissue provided in the room (maybe forgot?)
access to recreation areas (Kuta beach, beachwalk, waterboom, discovery mall etc.) is very close
more worth it by walking (can be congested and crowded)
besides that I still feel comfortable and quite happy with the experience here
hopefully next time it can be improved which may still be lacking

Borrowing a bowl was not allowed and we were thrown out of the cafe, even though we bought quite a lot of food at the cafe for 2 days in a row. On the 3rd day, we wanted to order there and borrow a bowl, but it was not allowed. I think it was the new staff, but I don't know.
