We understand that the smell of cigarette smoke can linger and feel uncomfortable, especially if the room has limited ventilation. In the future, our Housekeeping team will provide special treatment in the form of deep cleaning and additional refreshments to ensure that smoking rooms remain more comfortable for guests. Regarding hair dryers, allow us to clarify that they are not currently standard in every room, but we do provide hair dryers upon request in a limited number of units. If you need one at a later time, simply contact our Front Office or Housekeeping team, and we will be happy to deliver one to your room (subject to availability).
