everything was good. need a place to crash from puncak horror on weekend, and this was the best spot in bogor, near to a mall for quick dining, direct access to toll road to go home afterwards.

...Cool... the service is the best and friendly and provides solutions even though room 1 was late/not ready but after it was ready the key was delivered to the room... the food has a lot of variations... will definitely come back again... the kids really like it...

all staff are very helpful and serve very well. breakfast menu and taste is okay. only for massage service there is no special room, so service in the room. massage is recommended and the therapist is very good service. access is also close to everywhere because it is in the city center

Have stayed here several times, always like it, from the airport take Damri, just walk a little to the hotel, close to the city center, to the mall is also just a walk. The breakfast variety is sufficient and delicious, the room is clean, the service is good.

The second time staying at this hotel after 3 years ago for the first time staying at this hotel, and the experience felt remains the same with the friendliness of the hotel staff, comfortable rooms, soundproof, cold AC, clean fragrant bathroom and stable hot water, complete amenities, the taste of the food is consistently delicious, additional breakfast for a 10 year old child is also standard. got a really good room with a view of Mount Salak ❤️. clean room, bathroom too, food is okay, staff is really friendly, very close to Botany!!! perfect for watching midnight and not being afraid to go home because you slipped. the only minus is there is no swimming pool, so the activities are only outside.. but this is perfect for a transit hotel..

Overall, staying at fave hotel is actually fun, but the bathroom is not wudhu friendly, because there is no tap but a direct shower. So if you do wudhu, you have to do it in the sink and wash your feet using the toilet bidet.

There is no comment on the room at all, everything is perfect from the view of the room, AC, TV all work well. There is only one clean bathroom because there is still a room above. If someone moves or runs, it can be heard, the room is not soundproof so it is difficult to sleep because it is noisy above. Next, please pay attention to inform other guests to maintain mutual comfort. Standard food may not be my taste, so many foods are not seasoned enough.

pleasant experience, very close access to botanica square.
Many food vendors in front of the hotel, access to the highway and places to buy souvenirs are very close, only a few hundred meters that can be reached on foot.
For the hotel review, the room is comfortable and very clean.
2 dispensers are provided in each floor hallway. so you can refill it yourself.
for breakfast there are many choices and so far 9/10.
The only drawback is 1, the room is not soundproof. often heard from the next room, the upper floor too.
