1. The receptionist was very unfriendly, told to find a room by yourself, from the beginning there was no smile. 2. The bathroom and the floor of the room were dirty. 3. The blanket had yellow stains. Is it rare to stay at Oyo like this?

Kamar lumayan luas. Hanya saja tidak ada welcome drink yang biasanya berupa air mineral botol. Untuk kamar mandi hanya dapat sabun mandi cair saja, tidak ada sampo dan lain-lain, pintu kamar mandi tidak bisa tertutup rapat. Untuk AC cukup dingin, okelah.

The rooms and bathrooms are dirty. Smelly pillowcase. Maybe because it's cheap? We don't really need to be fancy. Cleanliness is number one. We want to upgrade to a more expensive room. He said it was finished. So we actually booked 2 nights. But because it's not comfortable it's only 1 night. Message: improve cleanliness even more.

The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are quite clean, the AC is cold. It's just that when you first entered the room it smelled of cigarette smoke, so it was a bit uncomfortable when you first entered. The service is quite friendly but needs to be improved, but you won't regret staying here. Want to try another room.
