Truly a beautiful stay at this hotel. The service we received from all the staff was fantastic. Breakfast was great with several options. We had dinner on the rooftop and the food and service was great. The hotel is walkable to other eateries but the roads will several motorbikes and cars can cause a bit of concern however they did not hit anyone or anything 😊. Pool area is nice but I don’t think much of the beach which is not too far away. The hotel arranged for a shuttle to take us there but we had to find our way back but that was easy enough. The area outside of the hotel looks a bit rundown. If you are looking for a nice relaxing hotel with fabulous service this hotel fits the bill.

The property needs a lot of work around the building. The pool area is looking old and decking is faded and old the outside of the balconies and concrete on the walls outside the balcony need painting.

Very disappointed at my stay here. First of all the address/location is misleading on expedia. It’s not walking distance from the main square. The property itself is run down. While the staff was pleasant the facilities is really not worth the money paid. I also had VIP access to this property and they couldnt even allow an extra hour for check-out.

A lot of mis understanding and repititive questions. Staff are lovely but all ver new and need a lot more support and guidance.
Food is very average, the menu badly needs to be refreshed.
Hotel is not in a good spot, very few nearby restaurants and the 15 minute walk to the beach is dreadful. There should be a complimentary shuttle to Seminyak square and Petitgnet Beach. We wouldn't choose to stay there again.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Good hospitality from them. Couple of insects in the room but that’s normal for Bali. Overall good and pleasant experience. Only downside is it’s not very convenient but you can get a Grab transport easily.

Stay was great. Only problem we had booked the deluxe room with balcony but it wasn’t a balcony it was just a little deck area with chairs with no sunlight. We had to upgrade and pay extra for a room with an actual balcony and sunlight.
