The service and facilities are quite good. Only the towels are a bit uncomfortable and a bit rough. There is no carpet on the room floor. It feels uncomfortable when going in and out of the bathroom.

This is my first time staying here and it's really worth it. The room is spacious (coincidentally the deluxe one), the view is directly to Pekanbaru city. The swimming pool is on the top floor so you can experience swimming with the highest view.
