- All the staff are friendly and helpful, including the security guard.

Staff was very helpful, Hotel location was good, easy access for luggage, got wheelchar Access, and near mall too.
Room was okay, decent space size, bed mattress was a bit too hard but sleep was okay. Bathroom would be nice if had 2 carpets.

The hotel location is strategic, across the hotel there is a mall and easy to find food. The room & bathroom are clean. But the bed sheets were not changed because there was a big oily stain on the bed. The hotel staff are also friendly. But the breakfast tastes really bad. From fried rice, fried noodles, curry lontong, chicken porridge, bread, the taste is really bad. There is also no delicious herbal medicine. The turmeric & ginger are too sweet like drinking sugar water, the galangal is really bland. Basically there is no taste of herbal medicine at all, just like drinking sugar water. The butter for the bread also tastes bad. So I regret taking the breakfast package.

Got a room on the 1st floor right next to the FO, it was quite noisy because the room was not soundproof. The facilities were very standard for an executive king room. The breakfast had quite a lot of variety but the taste was just standard.
