The room is squeaky clean and well maintained. We love the food choices and taste at the barrel, their in house beach front restaurant. Staffs are very helpful and kind. We have extended our stay and so happy that we chose this place for our stay.

Love the stay here! The beach is right in front of the Hotel. There are options to eat nearby, convenience store also nearby. The pool is nice, they even have kids pool! Its good for family because they have kids playground upstairs too. Will definitely come back!

Beach what Bali is all about, and you just need to walk across the street to enjoy Double Six Beach at anytime here! That's absolutely the top point! And our room was in front of kids pool and playground, our 2 children was very happy and enjoying their stay here. So, you can imagine, after playing under the heat of the beach, you can swim right away into the refreshing pool ❤️ The room is spacious and has balcony. Big sofa and nice bed. But.... the water was salty, the cost of staying right beside the beach I guess..

The property is in the heart of Semanyak and is as expected. Blends into the area very well. Beach access is as close as can be. Hotel staff and management were outstanding. Excellent value for money. Entrance needs a little face lift as first impressions count.

This hotel is in a good location for many restaurants and the beach. The room size is generous with excellent air-conditioning. Unfortunately the pool area is quite tired with lots of sharp tiles causing minor cuts to all three children. The linen and towels were old, discoloured and did not smell fresh.

I was originally on the fence when booking this place due to mixed reviews but absolutely loved it, we stayed 4 nights and were happy customers. The location is perfect & close to absolutely everything. The adjoining restaurants make it so easy, reasonably priced and yummy. The pool was fine, I seen some reviews mentioning it was poor quality but we were happy and the kids play park was awesome. We had a king studio and it was super spacious and great quality- no leakage or anything & comfortable bed. Staff were great and very accommodating. Overall very happy with our experience. ONLY negative comment was the wifi. Worked great at the lobby and front area but our room was towards the back and it didn’t work. Definitely would book again though :)

my brother booked 3 nights for me at FuramaXclusive . there are a few issues that i wanted to raise.
1/. bath towers are worn out off white color.
2/. bed cover hasn’t been changed for 3 nights ( i have pics to proof).
3/, plenty of mosquitoes inside my rooms.

The property looks very run down. You can sleep in, in the morning as there is a rooster singing from about 5am to 7 am and in the evening you can get any rest cause of all the noisy fireworks on the beach
One morning there was a mouldy bread on the tray in the breakfast area, and breakfast was same every day. We paid breakfast for 10 days but only ended up eating for 2 days in the restaurant.
The bed linen was old and the bathrooms had dirt build up. I personally would never stay in this hotel again

The rooms were good and the aircon was cool. Great security out the front of the property. Breakfast had a variety of food which overlooked the beach.
We had to wait an extra 2.5 hours after check in time because our room wasn't ready which was annoying. Our 2 rooms didn't get cleaned until late afternoons. The pool was missing tiles and I actually slipped on the stairs coming from the above splash pool with my toddler in my arms. The water was hot and not refreshing. I was really disappointed in the way the photos portrayed this property as I thought it would be good for a toddler. The indoor play centre actually has a cost on top and the splash park was rusty and dangerous.

The room was very spacious and very clean. The restaurant was great with one of the best breakfast available anywhere, breakfast included is a must.
The staff were great, with nothing too hard. We ordered room service one night because it was bucketing down. Dinner was served in 20 mins.
Great value in Seminyak, on the beach and close to many great bars and restaurants.

i supposed to stay for 5 days but after 1 night i decided to check out early .My mom's room is leaked and nobody come to check they only said we will check but nobody came . The staff all of them are rude and helpless. Definitely not recommended. if you looking for family friendly try movenpick hotel jimbaran , thank me later
