I used to stay at the G hotel and the food was not really good in my opinion, now the food is diverse and definitely delicious. The rooms are also nice, clean and very comfortable.

The hotel is nice & clean. The entire staff is friendly & helpful. There is a 100 thousand deposit which will be returned at check-out. Incidentally, the Deluxe room that I ordered was upgraded by the hotel to G-Suite without being charged. For G-Suite rooms there is no water heater, so you can request to borrow. Even not far from the hotel there is a mini market & other places to eat. Thank you See you again

It used to be unpleasant to stay here because breakfast starts at 6 am, while having to leave for the airport at 5 am, now staying here and not rushing to the airport turns out to be pretty good breakfast too. Ordering Nasgor and Srawberry drinks turned out to be delicious and the price was decent with taste, for cleanliness, it was extraordinarily clean and fragrant, ordered an executive type room, the lift was also not complicated, you don't have to paste cards, the staff is friendly, if you can soap and shampoo for 2 in each room, for the night and morning, because the rooms are also not always reserved for personal use.

1. You can hear the sound of building project work (renovation). The sound of the walls being hammered from night to dawn (03.00). 2. Have asked for supplies of sugar, coffee and tea via telephone via the operator. But there was no response.

Be careful friends stay here. Enough for our first and last stay at this hotel. I was very disappointed staying here, towels were not clean. The hotel facilities are not complete, when we checked in there were no hairdryer facilities, but at check out, we were questioned because there was no hairdryer, I said nicely to the receptionist that the first time we entered the room there was no hairdryer. But the receptionist didn't believe it and asked us to wait for a check which wasn't clear how much longer. Because we felt very uncomfortable being treated like that and we were indeed on the right side, we invited the hotel housekeeping to unload all our belongings in the car in our bags and suitcases, and it was proven that there was no hairdryer at our place. Housekeeping was embarrassed because they didn't find the hairdryer. It could be that the housekeeping itself may have taken it before we entered the room. Very unprofessional treatment to guests. This is so embarassing. Please be careful with hotels like this.

1. Sorry mom for the misunderstanding, the type of room you occupy is available Hair Dryer in it, the room will always be checked by our officers before being occupied by guests/checking in and will always have to be checked for completeness again by our officers after guests leave/check out. However, after checking the items in the room that my mother occupied, it turned out to be incomplete
2. If there is a problem with the towels, you can directly contact the hotel clerk when you check in / just occupy the room and we will immediately respond. Not when mom checked out when we asked about the completeness of the room. We have checked the towels, they are not stained and dirty because they have been used
3. Our officers don't unload your mother's and father's belongings, but on the contrary, you will take out the items themselves and our officers will help put them back into your vehicle.
Thank you very much for the trust and opportunity given to us to serve you.

Pembuangan air di kamar mandi tidak lancar sehingga mudah banjir dan lama tergenang. Kamar tidak dilengkapi pemanas air minum & lemari pendingin air minum. Untuk makanan buburnya tawar sehingga anak-anak tidak suka.

Pelayanan check in nya cukup bagus dan ramah orangnya, tapi sayangnya handuknya kotor tidak dicuci, banyak rambut pas baru mau pakai. Lantainya juga pun lengket.
