We had a good rest here. We only transit and stay a night in Semarang, but next time we go there for longer time, I'll still want to stay at Gets. Accessible. Quite clean (other than several specks of dust on the floor). Clean bathroom and amenities smells quite good (hotels amenities usually smells too strong for me). Spacious room and very affordable.

The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. However the room is not soundproof, you can still hear your surroundings. I hear kids crying in the morning, but after all it's a pleasant place for stay

Just input maybe for some staff that we met if there are guests passing by can at least be greeted in a friendly manner, only a few employees that we met greeted very friendly, namely one of the officers "quite old, I think the housekeeping section who was in charge around 9 pm on October 5th thank you for a good service sir !! unfortunately forgot his name only the man is the friendliest. ohh yes so it's a shame the hotel is good but if the service is lacking. with a smile and friendly to guests will also increase the value of this hotel. For staying I think it's enough just one night and we immediately moved hotels because we couldn't feel the comfort given by the officers we met / not welcome. and usually if the hotel door doesn't automatically open there is a staff who will open the door. here there is staff but they are having fun chatting until we open the big lobby door ourselves. because we often stay in hotels for us friendly service is the most important. if the room is dirty you can still ask for it to be cleaned again but when it comes to service it makes us uncomfortable as customers. thank you and hopefully the hospitality to customers can be improved.

Disappointed because the hotel didn't inform me about the items left in the room. A week later, I contacted the hotel and was informed that my child's gadget was left behind. When I went to the hotel to pick it up, the process took a long time even though I had confirmed that day that I would pick up the gadget. Why wasn't it prepared in advance? My trip to the hotel took about 2 hours. When signing the handover in the lost and found book, it turned out that many items were left behind and from several pages that were visible, I was the only one who picked up the items. It means the hotel doesn't have a SOP to notify guests if there are items left behind. 🫣 Actually, this hotel is good and the service is also not disappointing. Sorry to say, just because of the items left behind, I will not stay at this hotel again..

the lobby is attractive.. the room is comfortable and quite big with affordable price.. the location is also strategic.. close to the mochi gemini kentangan shop.. for breakfast there are also many variations.. for the taste is also ok.. only 1 thing that makes it uncomfortable during my stay, because when I stayed other guests on the same floor as me, were busy playing in the corridor.. running around there.. so it was quite uncomfortable when going in and out of the room to get to the elevator..
