The driver charged 20,000 Rupiah for airport pickup, which should have been 10,000 Rupiah. Room amenities were incomplete. The air conditioning was hot, and the lobby smelled bad. Staff wasn't available in the morning when I checked out.

Safety in the elevator is lacking. I experienced a malfunction in my access card when I tried to go up to the third floor, and the elevator doors wouldn't open. I was trapped inside, and there was no emergency call facility. Luckily, there was an alarm button, so I pressed it to sound the alarm. It took a while for hotel staff to come and force the elevator doors open. There's also no laundry service.

This is my first time staying here, my husband has been here 5 times in different years. The first impression seen is the quality of the hotel room on the 1st floor is actually very good, but for the price range of 400 thousand, it is not commensurate between the price and the quality of the room in my opinion because the price is very cheap in my opinion, only the hotel, if I want to be honest, is old & not well maintained, and the management needs to be improved so that in the future it will change its appearance to be better. Finally, I apologize if there are errors in this assessment. because this is just a personal opinion from my observations as a transit visitor.

The staff is friendly. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is great. We were satisfied staying here. The kids loved it because it has a swimming pool. It's great. Close to the airport. Close to tourist attractions. Close to shops. Close to the pharmacy. Thank you. The kids also enjoyed staying here. We will definitely come back to stay here again.
