Hello, thank you Grand Aston for providing the best service from check-in to check-out. There were many pluses and minuses during my stay there. 🙂
The pluses:
- The parking lot is quite close to the lobby, not too far, accessible via stairs.
- The breakfast has a wide variety of food and is kid-friendly. The Fish Tausi is delicious!
- Lots of kids' activities for weekenders, including a pool, animal feeding, and drawing.
- The staff are all very helpful, very happy. 🤍
The only two minuses:
- I originally wanted to dine in at Plum. By the way, since I was bringing a toddler, it was a bit difficult to eat in. In the end, I asked for room service, and the staff allowed me to. I ordered truffle French fries, but they were just regular fries. Then I ordered a matcha latte, which had no sweetness at all. I don't know if I forgot to add simple syrup or what.
I was already in a bad mood, but the mac and cheese was pretty good. - Please, the bathroom shower floor is really slippery. My child fell twice and slipped and got a bump. :( Maybe next time, you could brush it daily or use rubber mat. It's so slippery.
Overall, everything was nice, good, and excellent.

Really memorable stay here!
Worth the money, even more than worth it!
The staff is very friendly, free valet, and luggage is delivered to your room. The view is beautiful, the area is clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is delicious and complete. There are kids' activities, a heated pool, a gym, and a playground.
I will definitely stay here again if I go to Puncak.

The staff was friendly, the room was close to the main road, so noise could still be heard. The breakfast menu was quite good, and the mountain scenery was pleasant to look at and enjoy. Overall, the rating was quite good.

The only thing was that during lunch, the staff at the restaurant were a bit unfriendly. When we passed all the employees in the lobby, hallway, and pool, they all greeted us. There was one in the restaurant who was a bit unfriendly, which definitely caught our attention.
But overall, everything was great and cool. A top choice for Puncak.
I'll be back again.

The hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms and attentive service. Facilities are well-maintained, and the location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions, mountain view is very very good, nearby the hiking location, Mt. Gede Pangrango. Breakfast is varied and tasty. Overall, a pleasant and value-for-money stay.
