Surprisingly, the deluxe room feels more spacious, maybe because there is no balcony.
I booked several times and was never disappointed with the hotel. My family is also very happy. In-room dining is also very nice, with big portions and delicious taste.

The place is really cool with a beautiful view. The staff is friendly and always greets you, very quick to call and ask for help. Check-in can be expedited. My biggest suggestion is to make the room smell nicer, like the elevator smells. So far, all is good, and I will come back soon 👏

This is our first time staying at the hotel, and we were celebrating our first wedding anniversary. We are bringing our 2 months old baby to stay with us. there are several issues that we would like to address:
1. baby crib was super dirty, there are stains everywere, probably from previous baby or bad storing in storage room.
2. by day 2 we stayed, we requested for make up room, the housekeeping did tidy it up, but they did not change the sheets. the baby kinda spill the milk, so we need to change it. then, we requested it directly to the housekeeper in front of our room. he did came, bring the sheets and never coming back. later at noon, we turn on the PMR sign, hoping someone change the sheets. but no one came for hours. finally, we just call the reception via google.
3. Friday morning, before 7 AM.. why on earth it is so noisy early in the morning. sorry to say, it is not so five star experience for me. full volume zumba with EDM song. this sleep deprived new parents and baby need some peace and quiet.
However, we did have fun doing the workshop from kebun raya cibodas.
I hope we will have better experience staying at the hotel next time.

I stayed on the 5th floor and forgot my room number. When I got to my room, the corridor looked dirty, with some chinaware and glassware scattered throughout.
When I entered the room, it was quite spacious, but unfortunately, for a 5-star hotel, the cleanliness was very poor.
First, some of the furniture still had dust on it, which was very visible on the coffee table. Second, when I used the bathroom, there was still a lot of dust. Even more disappointing, the shower area was very dirty. There was mold on the walls and corners of the floor, which had turned yellow and even black. The bathroom floor was slippery, probably due to the mold.
It's a shame that a 5-star hotel lacks cleanliness, and it's not worth spending that much money to get a room like that.
However, all the staff were very friendly. Ms. Laras, the front office representative, was very welcoming and receptive to my feedback.

The hotel hallways aren't stuffy; there's always green space. Fresh air can flow in from all sides. I love it. Also, there's a dedicated space for Friday prayers—the best. So my son doesn't have to worry about going out to find a mosque.

The first time I checked in, I had a deluxe room with no view on the 3rd floor. Upon entering, the room smelled bad. It happened to be 6:30 PM WIB. I immediately informed the front desk and was immediately offered a room change by the staff on duty. The service was quick and friendly. Overall, the hotel is nice and clean, with friendly service from security to the cleaning staff.

The food is delicious, from the fried rice and duck rice to the desserts. Breakfast is also very varied and delicious.
The location is strategic, close to everything, especially the airport transfer center.
The rooms are also clean, and the hot water works perfectly. The panoramic view is stunning!
Hopefully, the adult pool will also have hot water in the future!
I'll definitely be staying here again when I go to Puncak!

Our stay at the Grand Aston Hotel was very satisfying, starting with the very friendly and efficient front desk staff during check-in, and the complimentary pallet parking. Our room was very clean, spacious, and equipped with a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The strategic location, easily accessible to major tourist attractions, offers beautiful mountain views. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was also excellent, with a wide selection. We highly recommend the Grand Aston Hotel for its comfort and excellent service.
