stay here because I want to go to Lembah Karmel Cikanyere from Aston Hotel only 40 minutes.
breakfast while looking at nature.
very enjoyable ...
suggestion: for the swimming pool there is not enough stairs so it is dangerous when going down to the swimming pool you can slip and the distance down to the pool is high.
the room is spacious. the staff are friendly, handsome and beautiful, their appearance is clean and neat.
the taste of the food for siomay for me is not good. sorry yeah ... because I like siomay
the late coffee is delicious. the yogurt is delicious, the sapodilla fruit is sweet, the sausage is delicious, the stir-fried tempeh is delicious, the porridge is delicious.

Recommended for those who want a little healing only an hour from Jakarta (if there is no traffic jam). Choose this hotel because it is easy to access on the side of the road, no need to enter the alley. The facilities are good, bringing children will definitely be happy and for parents it is also safe. Choose the deluxe panoramic, get the middle row, the view is very satisfying! Breakfast is great, everything is delicious. Just annoyed with one thing, the room next door is very noisy, that's all overall happy & worth the price!

friendly staff. beautiful mountain view..there is a beautiful garden..there is a hot swimming pool but my swimming suit and my wife are broken..breakfast is also limited but overall okay..there is a great coffee shop next to the hotel..all the staff are friendly..that's all I want to tell you

We booked a junior suite premier room which cost 2.7++ but when we arrived the room was a bit dirty with lots of hair and when we stepped on it it was really dirty until our feet were black. When the duty manager said he came and apologized and cleaned it again but when we looked at the balcony there was so much hair on the edges. We booked the wrong room, we booked a room facing the road, I swear the vehicles were so noisy I couldn't sleep, the soundproofing was really bad, when we arrived the swimming pool was green, the main pool was green. When we asked yes ma'am it hadn't been cleaned yet waiting for it to be quiet, until we asked if it was really not possible at night, yes it was night but waiting for it to be quiet 😄 continued eating at the restaurant, we had breakfast at 9 to be honest it was crowded the tables and sofas were dirty, no one was guarding the food stalls so it was really messy many of them hadn't been refilled. And ASTON seems to be able to be firm because when we had breakfast there were many visitors wearing pajamas wearing slippers, pajamas with missing arms, we took food together seeing them wearing pajamas with messy hair and improper clothes really made us lose our appetite. Maybe you can make a rule that breakfast is no sleeper no sleepware. For the price I paid I don't think I will come back again. Oh yeah, the staff is also not very friendly. Aston should learn from Padma and The Botanica. Even the natural charm is a class below Aston Resto, the rooms and staff are still better. For those who have children, I don't recommend it because there is very little entertainment for children

This clearly does not reflect the cleanliness standards that we have set. Our Housekeeping team has re-cleaned, but we realize that this does not completely erase the bad first impression. We have followed up on your feedback seriously by increasing supervision and quality control. We understand the discomfort you may have experienced due to the noise from outside. In the future, our reservation team will be more informative in providing room recommendations according to guest preferences. We apologize for the less than optimal appearance of the swimming pool. The cleaning process is indeed carried out periodically with attention to guest safety and comfort. However, we will review the maintenance schedule so as not to interfere with the guest experience. We regret to hear that the restaurant atmosphere was not well organized during breakfast. We have conveyed this to the restaurant team to improve the speed of service, food availability, and cleanliness of the dining area. We appreciate your feedback regarding the comfort of dining with other guests. Your suggestion to apply dress code during breakfast is highly appreciated and is being considered with management. We apologize if the friendly service is not optimal. This is an important reminder for us to continue to train the team to provide service wholeheartedly. Thank you for your feedback.
