I think its the most valued property in the area, room was comfort with good ac, shower with water heater, big bed with clean linen, but still need improvement with another equipment (refrigerator was not in good condition).

Need a lot of improvement from the hygiene and smell. Staff service all good, fast response. Need extra smile 😊 still a lot of homework to improve. But anyway, I have a good rest there. So thanks!

I ordered it for a coworker. From the appearance on the application, this hotel looks okay. But the reality is serious. My colleague arrived at 16 WITA and couldn't check in yet. When asked to show the room it turned out that it was stuffy and smelled quite bad. Dirty bathroom. And what's worse, it turns out that the room shown was the room that according to the receptionist was the room prepared for my colleague. This hotel is super ridiculous, it arrived at 16 o'clock, it said the room wasn't ready yet, but it showed the actual room for guests who wanted to check in. Strongly do not recommend this hotel. I also can't cancel the booking.

Pelayanannya lumayan nyaman, sarapan juga nyaman, parkir luas, proses check in & check out cepat, shower hot lancar, AC baik, hanya kulkas yang mati alias tidak dingin, wifi tidak sampai ke lantai 2. Saya di kamar 225.
