This hotel literally brand new in town. Clean, comfy and fine. What I love the most is the breakfast at a Bistro belong to this hotel, so we can order menu that offered by the Bistro.

The sheets and pillow cases were worn and yellowish, the pillows were thin and uncomfortable... the bathroom smelled of water that had been trapped in the marble floor that had been lifted, the carpet in the hallway leading to the room was dirty and peeling, the paint on the walls was peeling... it seemed like this hotel needed rejuvenation.

First time staying at this hotel, the room is comfortable and big, there is a refrigerator, there is a swimming pool, all the breakfast menus taste just right. A little suggestion, the breakfast menu would be more delicious if there were traditional foods such as pempek, lemper, getuk, nagosari 🤗

Check in is like an old 4-star hotel, check out is okay, order dining room is not given a bill, the coffee tastes like sachet coffee but it is appropriate for that price, only additional things can be improved.

The pillowcases are a bit yellowed, many facilities are already a bit damaged, such as the window opener handle, toilet handle, and room card holder that have come off and are jammed with paper.
But for FL service is quite good, the staff is also quite good except for one of the pool guard staff who reprimanded me to wear a swimsuit when swimming in a curt tone even though I just wanted to see whether the pool is crowded or not.

MasyaAllah, the first time I stayed at this hotel, I was very satisfied with the service. The staff are all friendly, if there are any problems, they are quickly anticipated. Next time it will be a regular hotel if I go to Palembang again 🥰

Floor not clean, I found sand and dust every where, smell Pillow not good & cover pillow already tear not worth using. Water leaking from Air Cond. already inform receptionist, fast response, water leaking resolve but pillow not replace only change the cover. I sleep not well cause smell from pillow.

friendly hotel staff...helped to bring luggage to the room.....the room atmosphere is comfortable and clean....for the restaurant...quite a lot of choices...although for children aged 10 and 11 years old they are charged 100 thousand for breakfast...overall it's okay for a 4 star hotel.

Unfortunately we were given room number 01 or the most corner. There was a corner of the glass lighting that was a bit dirty and not cleaned. The choice of TV channels was very limited. The food was quite varied and quite complete. Overall it was still okay.

for a 4 star hotel there should at least be a security guard in front to greet guests. when I arrived there was no one to greet me when I asked where the security guard was he was hanging out in front of the reception. once there was another security guard on duty he was playing with his phone instead of helping to open the door :)zzz then for the room, the mattress was sandy I said I had to clean it myself. the bottom of the sink was peeling badly because it was damp. what I found most funny was that the curtain was so dirty it hadn't been replaced or what, I don't understand. the windows were also really dirty... even though it was a 4 star hotel it felt like it wasn't taken care of.. really only helped by the facilities and access to the city.
