The room was dirty and smelled unpleasant. The lighting in the room was very minimal and dim.

The place is nice, comfortable, quiet, and clean.

Overall, everything was good. Friendly service, delicious breakfast with plenty of options, clean and comfortable rooms, a nice swimming pool, a strategic location in the city center, and basement parking with an elevator directly to your floor.

Very helpful staff and strategic place

We took a superior double room, very disappointed with the bedcover, it was torn and yellow, very disgusting, right? The refrigerator was dead, the phone wouldn't connect, the TV was also loose from its bracket. When I checked out, I spoke with the manager, I saw photos of the room's atmosphere. I asked if this room was rarely occupied? He replied that it was always occupied... hopefully there will be changes.

Ambiance/Facilities: Good and nice. Food: Lack of variety, breakfast menu is unappealing, Palembang menu is lacking/non-existent. Staff Assistance: I was disappointed (somewhat holding back my irritation) with the male receptionist at my last check-in. He wasn't very helpful, acted assertive/stiff, and was unfriendly. Highlights: I was attracted to this hotel because the room was quite spacious for a standard price (not expensive). I'd gotten a good deal through an app, so it was decent. The mattress and pillows were comfortable and soft. The towels were clean, quite large and soft, but the shower was outdated (often broken). The TV was old-fashioned; there was no cable TV app or online TV, and it wasn't even Android TV. I couldn't even watch movies on a flash drive. Overall, I liked that the room had a desk and chair for working. Price: Fairly good, this hotel is often full, which is why the price is often high. In my 10 stays, I only got a discounted rate once. Location: Fairly strategic, but parking is difficult.
