The second time staying here, take a downstairs room facing the pool, the room is quite clean but it should be mopped again before guests enter, the bathroom lights can be brighter. Towels are sufficient and clean. Bottled water must be requested. The room is close to karaoke, noisy because the room is not soundproof. Please do not accept many guests in one room because the next room is partying until 2 am with loud music and screaming jumping into the pool. Breakfast is limited to buffet if guests are full, if not full it means ala carte and we were not informed so we had to wait for the cooking process again for fried rice and bread. The menu variations can be improved. The buffet breakfast menu tastes lacking. The menu in room service is quite okay, I tried the liwet rice package and grilled chicken. There is no jam or butter option for pancakes. The rest is quite okay. Pls vary the breakfast choices.

Location in Cimaja which is a step away from Cimaja beach, good for those who love surfing. Everything is just okay, not bad.

friendly hotel staff, rooms, clean hotel area and there is a fish pond along the hotel so children can be entertained, photo spots are ok water, soap, and towels are provided, just far from the beach, the rest is ok as for the swimming pool maybe, me and my toddler child swam but they were itchy and had bumps, more attention was paid to the cleanliness of the swimming pool, the price is also friendly

This is my second time staying here. This time I got a deluxe room upstairs which was nice. It's just that the guests next to the room were very noisy until midnight and it was very disturbing. There weren't many choices for breakfast.

Not recommended. From start to finish disappointing. Makes the holiday not enjoyable. At the beginning, the receptionist, waiting for the room for a long time even though check in was at 7 pm. Arrived at the room, the room was very dirty, the bathroom had pee marks that had not been flushed, the floor was dirty with lots of hair, lots of dust, the electric kettle and used glasses were not cleaned. The mattress and sheets smelled of rubbing oil Tomorrow morning, we ate at an amazing restaurant, the food was finished, only leftovers. And what needs to be noted is that the restaurant service was very disappointing. Very unfriendly, curt, not taught good manners. Next time, it's better to look for another hotel. The price is also not cheap. 600 thousand per night. For the positive side, this hotel has a nice view, especially if you use the balcony. The place is also comfortable. The bathroom heater and air conditioner are also good For your consideration if you want to stay overnight.. Just my opinion.

Stayed 2 nights, got a room down from the restaurant area to the back near the hall. The floor was sticky, the doormat could be replaced with a new one, it was already very dirty. The sheets were clean, but the cigarette smell was there, unless the guest asked maybe the ashtray could be removed from the room. Burning trash nonstop so the smoke smell was nonstop day and night, too bad it made it hard to breathe. The staff were okay, the service was quite good, especially the security was alert and polite. Plus points are breakfast, simple local specialties but filling. The swimming pool is suitable for those who bring children to stay. Close to Cimaja beach there is a short cut directly to the road to the beach. Competitive price and getting breakfast is a plus point. Hot water bathroom, sitting toilet with jet shower. The location is very good.

The room floor was dirty, dusty and full of lizard droppings, there were no hotel slippers, the soles of our feet were black, the toilet was dirty. During breakfast, it seemed like there was discrimination between foreigners and locals. For example, I ordered an omelette, it wasn't available for foreigners only, and if we still ordered, we would be charged again. OMG!

Unfortunately, there is still a lot of dust and lizard droppings. If we pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room, it will be better. Keep up the spirit to get better.

The bathroom smells, wifi isn't provided if you don't ask, it's really dirty, the hot water takes a long time.

Kata pegawai fasilitas kamar ada beberapa yang belum lengkap masih bisa kami terima, tapi dengan harga yang saya bayaran masa tidak ada sarapan pagi, padahal tertulis di pemesanan kamar aplikasi traveloka sudah termasuk saran pagi, saya merasa sangat kecewa dan langsung check out karena petugas restoran bilang saya tidak aja jatah sarapan pagi, lebih baik saya beli sarapan di luar, dari pada harus kena charge untuk sekedar sarapan, padahal harga yang saya bayarkan sudah lumayan. Mudah-mudahan pengalaman buruk saya tidak terulang kepada pengunjung lain.

Resepsionis kurang ramah dan informatif kami hanya diberi kunci. Dan petunjuk arah. Laly kami mencati sendiri kamar. Dan password wifi haru kembali lagi kemeja resepsionis yang sangat jauh dari kamar kami. Semoga kebersihan resort dapet ditingkatkan. Keramahan karyawan juga
