Very family friendly hotel in puncak, if you brought your children here is the most best place, appreciate to the hotel's owner that really accommodate family need, safety playing environment for childern, and complete playground. Will be happy staying here again sometime. Thanks

Nice and clean, small room but you get everything. Free Wifi, speed pretty good. There’s swimming pool and play ground (they have indoor and outdoor play ground) for your child include trampoline. Food is okay. Nice restaurant around and also near to attraction spot like the ranch (just next door) and taman matahari.

Each room has a small balcony, coincidentally our view directly to the road and the hills was very nice, a children's playground, got 2 swimming towels, the children were very happy, the distance to everywhere was good because the position was in the middle, the breakfast was varied and delicious... Next time I will come here again... Stayed 2 nights very satisfied.

I like to stay here with its strategic location, close to mini markets, which also sell a lot of food, because the location is on the side of the road
The service is OK, the only thing lacking is when you want to check in, you have to wait a long time, the previous room tenant should have been reminded that check out time is 12, so the cleaning team has spare time to clean the room for the next tenant

The room is clean, the towels are also clean, fragrant. The hotel is child-friendly, prayer mats are also provided. Only the food is very little, not varied, the taste is very bad, the fried rice is bland. The butter fried chicken is also not good, other menus are also not good, the plain bread is also hard. The only drawback is this, in the room the broken TV remote & tissue holder could probably be replaced instead of taped.

The hotel is nice and the price is reasonable. Although it is on the side of the road, if you choose the right room, it is not noisy. If I go to Puncak, I will definitely come here again. The food tastes good but the variety is not much. One more suggestion, please ask the restaurant staff to pay attention to the food often because yesterday when I wanted to get the kolak, the ladle sank. Very sad. But overall it is very satisfying and I will definitely come here again.

the hotel location is close to 2 tourist attractions that can be reached on foot, only the rooms facing the street are not soundproof. maybe the hotel can fix it, the rest is impressive staying here.
