Very family friendly hotel in puncak, if you brought your children here is the most best place, appreciate to the hotel's owner that really accommodate family need, safety playing environment for childern, and complete playground. Will be happy staying here again sometime. Thanks

Nice and clean, small room but you get everything. Free Wifi, speed pretty good. There’s swimming pool and play ground (they have indoor and outdoor play ground) for your child include trampoline. Food is okay. Nice restaurant around and also near to attraction spot like the ranch (just next door) and taman matahari.

The hotel is close to the Puncak highway, the room is not that spacious but clean, the bed is wide, there is a balcony that can see the view of Puncak, the swimming pool is not that wide but it is quite fun for the kids, there is also a playground,,, a complete package,,, you can choose a twin or double bed, there is a small refrigerator, there is also a restaurant above the hotel,,,, so you can see the view while having dinner/breakfast.
Breakfast is standard, 7/10 quite a lot of variations,,,, only the taste can be improved,,,,

Have stayed here several times and always liked it, firstly because the hotel price is not expensive + includes breakfast, clean, the children's play area is quite a lot and clean, the staff is friendly. Yesterday's stay didn't seem too much, at first the receptionist said for BF to be delivered to the room to be sure later call press number 3, but the next morning I called the restaurant, they said it was open buffet, finally I could have breakfast at the restaurant with a nice view. Definitely stay here again later, good luck.

a comfortable hotel for children... I've stayed here twice. The breakfast has a lot of menus and it tastes delicious. The swimming pool is nice. There's a playground near a minimarket. Basically, I'll come back again if I go to Puncak.

The food is delicious, but there is not enough variety. The staff are friendly. The hotel is clean, especially the rooms are very clean. There are lots of games so the kids like it. I have stayed at Grandiara twice when I go to Puncak.

The hotel staff is very friendly and on-site, even though the phone in the room doesn't work, they can still respond via WhatsApp. The restaurant also responds quickly if there are orders in the room. There are no non-smoking rooms so the bathroom still smells a bit of cigarettes, the exhaust must be on all the time so it doesn't get stuffy. Breakfast with a view ❤️ is cool and the outdoor playground is simple but well-maintained, the playground near the lobby is also clean, the kids are happy. When they go home they get balloons, which is memorable for the kids.

The hotel is right on the side of the road, so it's easy to find. The hotel is comfortable for the price, there's a hair dryer, a treadmill, and a bike, but the AC is noisy. Breakfast, which is fried rice, isn't very salty, but that's probably a matter of personal preference, but I found it a bit salty.

Back here again.. but note the cleanliness of the bathroom, the leaking bathroom ceiling.. and the quality of the towels which in my personal opinion is no longer adequate.. and when I had breakfast at the restaurant, the chicken was still red..

The hotel is strategic because it is on the side of the main road, easy access. The service is very good, especially when checking in. I happened to check in at 11.30 and was able to enter the room. It's really good. The cleanliness of the room is also okay. Just add some freshener for the towels, because the towels I got smelled a bit musty. The food is standard but still delicious. It can be used as a reference for staying around Puncak. I can stay here again next time.

The hotel service is very friendly, the security and receptionist are also very helpful, the other staff are also friendly, the room smells good, check-in time can go straight in because the room is ready, no need to wait until 14.00, at 12.00 you can check in very helpful, all the food is delicious, it's just less varied maybe because it's a weekday but it tastes good, the next choice for a vacation to Puncak again is suitable for bringing little ones.

Everything is fine, but there should be a designated smoking area so people don't smoke in random places. There are seats with ashtrays in the lobby so people can smoke there. Less than 100 meters away is a playground for children. I accompanied my child playing there until he couldn't stand the smell of cigarette smoke that permeated the room. It turns out my headscarf smelled of cigarettes. Please provide a designated smoking area so people don't smoke carelessly.
By God's will, yesterday I got a room where the AC wasn't cooling enough to make me feel hot. I wanted to call a technician but I was too lazy.
