I only stayed here for 1 night and very enjoyed the hotel. what I loved from this hotel is the skypool and their breakfast menu. They have a lot of menu to try. View from skyline while we eat our breakfast was so refreshing. Taste of the food all great, no wonder if this hotel awarded with best food hotel back in 2019. The room was clean. All staff were friendly and informative. Will be back here for sure. Keep the good work!

great experience...great service. the room was so comfortable at the first day have an issue with room situation (due to live music) but after complain with the staff, got another room and issue solved. thank you grand edge staff...two thumbs up with hotel service๐๐

It's noisy, the bathroom layout is odd and inconvenient (one door for two different functions), the food menu isn't very varied, and the lobby and hallways are very gloomy. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the future.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly hotel staff. Upon entering the room, I felt comfortable, fragrant, and clean, although the bathroom door was difficult to close because the door was not precise (for evaluation). In general it is quite comfortable, but as input for the toilet it is less comfortable because for bathing it is not equipped with a closing door, and the location of the sink is outside the toilet. Hopefully in the future it will be more advanced

The room is spacious, the view of Semarang city from the pool is really good, breakfast is okay, and when I had checked out and there were some things I left behind (crocs sandals and a watch), I called the hotel and it turned out they were stored and could be picked up at the front reception, I picked them up without any complicated procedures, I was really happy, thank you Grand Edge Hotel Semarang
