Family Vacation Apr, 11-14, 2024. Grand Hatika is a very nice hotel which is located closely in the city center, spacious room with very friendly and supportive staff. We did ask for an extra towel and requested to change the electric kettle which was broken, and the staff came within minutes (very fast response, really appreciate the efforts considering the staff was not full due to Idul Fitri public holiday). Two thumbs up for their service. They also have a variety of breakfast and change it every day, and they keep refilling it so it never stocks out :). It's easy to explore/go food most popular Belitung food in just a few min to the hotel. Rest Tempo Dulu (I like this restaurant with her Uniq design and the taste never fails me) and Kongdjie Coffee (A legend coffee) and mie Atep Belitung, pempek and ketam (crab food) are just some popular food that you should not miss out. Tanjung Pendam beach (a beach that is well known for the beauty of the sunset view) is just across/right in front of the hotel, so you may walk down over there. Warung makan Seafood Mak Weng is also just right in front of the hotel, but it was closed during my visit. So I tried another one behind which is closer to the beach and the price was just a very friendly price. Dinner for 7 people was only 350rb (2 fried fish, Gangan soup, squid and vegetables and drinks). We really love and did enjoy our stay at Grand Hatika Hotel. Surely we will come back again to this hotel if we visit Belitung again. Thank you so much to all the team of Grand Hatika hotel, you all did a great job :) Success always for Grand Hata Hotel.

It was a pleasant stay. Close to the city center and the beach. The mattress was clean, but the pillows had a slight musty smell. Perhaps the cleanliness of the bedding in the room needs more attention. The shower was powerful and hot water was available. The breakfast was delicious.

Overall was fine staying. Our room was the cheapest room, so we get what paid for. the sink was moldy, but after I complained, they cleaned it. The bathroom door didn't stay open, you have to hold it to keep open. That's annoying.

The hotel is near Tanjung Pandan city, directly facing Tanjung Pendam Beach. Our shower was a bit broken, but it still worked fine. The Wi-Fi was very slow, and the food was quite good. Staff were very friendly. Swimming pool was very clear and clean.

Long-term Hotel. Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, you can choose the menu. There are many available, the staff are friendly and very welcoming if we need help. There is a swimming pool for children to play. The beds and bathrooms are as expected. There is a parking lot for cars and motorbikes, but there is no cover, so if it rains, you get caught in the rain, it's hot and hot😁✌️🙏 The rest is NOT BAD..🙏🙏🙏
