There is no hot water, towels are not asked for, they are not given, bath soap is not provided, the television has no channels.

Book a VIP room in the application, given a standard room because the room is full. Even though the money was returned 100k, it still didn't satisfy the service. Breakfast only bread.

The rooms are dirty sandy even though they are cleaned, still sandy, not recommended. Just close to the City of Pemangkat center.

Room rates are 447,000. But at least the class is VIV Special, don't be on the 3rd floor. Unless there is an elevator. It's going up the stairs, it's already mumps, the kid is tired.

Pemangkat is a small town. This is the best hotel in the town. However, in some small cities in Indonesia the electricity become a significant problem and their lack responsive to provide power generator. Furthermore the service very unstatisfying. Yet, we have not much choice.

Maybe the effect of delay is more than 1 hour Jogja - Pontianak so that it arrived at pemangkat city at 00:30 so it went straight down, early in the morning there was no breakfast even though the one who bought plus breakfast (disappointed)

this is the best hotel that you can find in this area but not worthy with the price since they don't have much place to stay, the water looks not good, a little bit yellow and salty taste, and for that price they only provide you a piece of bread
