Dusty floor, many room facilities are not functioning properly. Maybe because of low occupancy so maintenance is rare, hopefully it will be more crowded and better.

Very bad. When you first entered the hotel room, the room was dirty, the shower water didn't come out, the receptionist's response was slow, it's not recommended to stay at this hotel.

When I wanted to check in there was no receptionist and there was no security. How can I check in if there's no one there? Even then it wasn't too late at night and it was still 10 o'clock. The information was that the receptionist was 24 hours but there was no one. Requesting a refund because the hotel couldn't check in without a receptionist was rejected. The hotel's mistake was even made to be borne by the customer. Stupid.

The owner of this place is a scammer who doesn't give you a room, keeps the money and doesn't want to return it back. He doesn't even answer. Don't go to this place, please.

The rooms are tidied up as is. The room is not prepared from the receptionist, but security. Dirty sheets, lots of stains, crumpled and smelly pillows, room smells of cigarettes, dusty floors, broken water everywhere, not suitable for resting, because there is karaoke which is very annoying until dawn, just not recommended staying at this hotel, just be special become a karaoke place and rent LC.

The staff was not really friendly when I came. I must wait for an hour to get my room. After got my room, most of lamp was not working so it was dark in my room. Also only three channels that worked on their TV, I think they still use satellite rather than digital TV. I didn't use the wifi so I can't talk about it. They need to improve the hospitality, and the facilities With standar price 400-500k IDR I think it could be much better than this.
