The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the facilities are quite good, the location is easy to find, and there are now many culinary options around the hotel. However, the food variety is lacking and the taste needs to be improved. I tried the food a year ago and it was quite good, but this time it was a bit lacking.

I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the hotel is clean even though it's not a new hotel but it's comfortable, the rooms are also clean, and what I like is the hotel's spacious garden and yard, the outdoor swimming pool that can directly access the beach. The bathroom is not well maintained, the inside of the bathroom door is rotten, the floor drain cover looks dented and dirty, the sink hole has no filter or cover, the hair dryer cable is bypassed from the plug which looks unsafe, the bathroom is really not suitable!!

During my stay, the power went out, even briefly, and there was no backup center. Bathroom cleanliness needs to be improved. The building and services need to be rejuvenated. The atmosphere is thick with the myth of the Queen of the South Coast.
