I've stayed here several times and the wifi is always problematic, and the AC keeps turning off and not cooling. The facilities could probably be improved. The staff are friendly, but the room facilities are not that great.

The staff there are all friendly. This is my second time staying here in Karawang. There are just a few things that need to be upgraded, such as the TV's not clear picture and the AC's not cold enough. That's all my input. Thank you.
