Very dirty, dirty sheets, broken window, no key, had to call the staff.
The room smelled bad. Not recommended. Better to find another, better hotel.

The hotel is under renovation but they are still forcing room service,,, the AC is not cold, the room door is hard to open, the bathroom is not satisfactory,, the TV doesn't work,, the room is not very clean,, the point is, think twice before you come to this hotel

Every room should be properly repaired.
- The sheets are incredibly dirty.
- Itchy bed, possibly bed bugs, etc.
- The bathroom is in poor condition, with almost broken doors, etc.

The hotel staff is not very friendly. Check-in and check-out times are too rigid. They have to be on time. They cannot be more or less than 1 minute. The room is wrong according to the reservation and the card cannot be accessed. There are many shortcomings in this hotel.

When I first arrived, the atmosphere was unwelcoming, starting with the incredibly slow check-in.
