the room is far from the lobby, when I first arrived, the key couldn't open, the service was not good.
I ordered food via Gojek, because the room was far away, I asked for delivery, the staff said they couldn't deliver, basically they didn't want to, I was forced to walk all the way to the lobby.

The staff is very friendly. But a little disappointed because while swimming there was a child who was practicing swimming poop in the pool. I asked the staff and they said it had been cleaned at night. In the morning I asked again and they said it had been cleaned but in fact the child was having fun swimming but the poop was still there. I can't imagine the child swimming and swallowing the water but there was poop. The hotel only apologized. If we had made a mistake, we would have been charged. Ordered 2 plates of fried rice and it tasted salty. But luckily I like salty food but it was a little too salty.

The room is clean, the pool is also clean, but it's strange that the construction is still noisy at 11 pm, even at 12 pm there are still many trucks passing in front of the room. Maybe they want to finish quickly but they have to remember the time too, people want to rest but they can't.

Unfriendly security and service, especially for security, don't just talk to guests asking bad things, if necessary fire people like that because they don't make customers comfortable, and also one more thing if the Gojek order cannot be delivered to the nearest place or at least where our room is, at least the staff can help deliver the order from the guest, even though it is a long walk to the reception, they are not given a delivery service to the room, please fix this.

I stayed for 2 nights. The water stopped at 1st night until the next morning. The towels and bed sheets are dirty and they don't clean pool. Food is not good at all, I don't recommend this place.

1. Typically old-fashioned, damp and dimly lit rooms. But the rooms are neat and super clean. 2. The view of the walls is really sad, like what's the point of having a balcony 😭. 3. The first time I entered the bathroom, there were shoe marks and I don't know whose shoes 🥲. 4. There's a baby chair! Omg super happy finally found a hotel that has a baby chair ✨. Notes: Please clean the baby chair regularly 🙏🏻.

Actually the villa is ok but the hotel staff is a bit rude, the food doesn't vary, the menu is the same every day and the taste is lacking, the toilet can't be flushed, there are loads of mosquitoes, the swimming pool is dirty, the tea and coffee glasses in the room are incredibly dirty.

Pengalaman yang sangat di luar ekspektasi saya: 1. Proses Check In: rencana c/i malam karena flight saya sampai dini hari dan sudah menelp hotel reception saat itu informasi bisa c/i dengan menunjukkan confirmation letter saja karena saat itu suami saya yang akan c/i terlebih dahulu dan sudah ok by chelsea reception wanita yang mengangkat telp saat itu, saat proses cek in suami saya harus menggunakan KTP saya, dimana ktp suami saya tidak diterima ngotot minta ktp saya, dimana saya sedang di pesawat, untungnya suami menyimpan foto ktp saya (reception laki laki incharge pukul 23.30) setelah itu baru bisa c/i namun tidak ada staff yang mengantarkankan ke kamar suami saya bingung sampai berputar putar, staff di sana tidak ada inisiatif membantu mencarikan kamar saya. Kalimat yang paling saya ingat-ingat Bapak kan sudah sering kemari-kemari padahal itu kali pertama saya/suami booking stay di sana-Pelayanan sangat buruk. 2. Sore hari sekitar jam 8 malam saya datang dari luar bersama suami, saya naik ke lantai 3 koridor gelap sekali sampai bingung mencari hp untuk penerangan senter, sampai di kamar saya langsung telp reception dan yang mengangkat perempuan, jawaban saat saya konfirmasi koridor gelap-gelap maaf bu mungkin teman saya lupa menghidupkan lampu karena di lantai 3 hanya ada 2 kamar yang terisi-terisi apakah itu jawaban yang profesional? 2 kamar dianggap bukan tamu kah? 3. Check out time di tgl 27 malam pukul 9, info ke reception, namun satu orang karyawan tidak ada yang datang, memeriksa kamar ataupun membantu check out, saya check in dengan luggage besar dan dari lantai 3 bawa koper jalan sampai lobby karena mengejar waktu. Apakah karena saya orang lokal pelayanan seperti itu? Saya dan suami membayar full sebelum stay dan saya pasangan suami istri yang sah tidak selayaknya hotel memperlakukan seperti itu! Namun 1 karyawan FB yang sangat ramah dan profesionalsaya terkesan saat pengiriman room service cepat dan tepat, masakan enak.
