We really enjoyed our stay at their suite. Super spacious and clean. All the staffs were so helpful and kind. We had our breakfast prepared to go since we had to leave so early in the morning. We will take the hotel as our first choice when we come back to Tasikmalaya again.

Overall I am quite satisfied with the Grand Metro Hotel. However, I had a problem when my 1.5 year old baby accidentally hit the toothpick container and it broke. I was asked to replace it for Rp100 thousand, I said it shouldn't be that much because the value of the toothpick container is at most Rp15 thousand, if I replace it for Rp50 thousand I can still accept it, but the hotel said that it was already SOP. There was a tough negotiation process that shouldn't have happened because the hotel's good name was at stake because of the value of Rp50 thousand. Finally, it was agreed to replace it for Rp50 thousand after negotiation.
