7 days stay at Grand Savero was very comfortable, all staff were friendly, food from breakfast to food/drinks ordered at the pool were all delicious, affordable prices with lots of choices, the pool was clean and child-friendly too😍 (120cm deep pool). For housekeeping, their work was super good, the room was cleaned every day, their work was very detailed, the room always smelled clean, it was cool, next time I will definitely stay at Grand Savero again, thank you for the pleasant experience🫶

The staff is friendly, I got a hook-up room, it was really nice and spacious. The downside is the parking is narrow, so you have to park parallel, making it difficult to get in and out of vehicles.

The room smelled and wasn't clean. It didn't look like a 4-star hotel at all. I booked for 3 nights but only stayed for 1 because I couldn't sleep in a hotel with a room like that.

Everything was okay, but at that time I wanted to check in early but the receptionist staff said to wait until it was finished being cleaned and I was okay... It was no problem because it wasn't the right time, but they said they would contact me when it was finished being cleaned. But in fact, until almost 2 o'clock they didn't contact me, so I went and asked and then the other staff found out and I was given a card to enter the room... The staff who promised didn't contact me either... Next time, please fix it. Thanks

Plus: The location is close to the Bogor Botanical Gardens and has many travel options. The facilities and service are good. The parking lot is quite spacious. The water heater also works. There are quite a lot of activities offered, such as karaoke, watching movies together, riding the odong (traditional odong) to the botanical gardens (only for one child and one companion), and an indoor swimming pool.
Minuses: Upgraded rooms with connecting doors. The main room is quite spacious, but the other room is cramped. The sheets are dirty and smell musty. The hair dryer in room 1 is broken. The food variety is limited, no western breakfast (sausages, fries, etc.), the food is salty, even for an omelet, the wait is 1 hour. The spaghetti and noodles are stale :(

The hotel staff was very helpful, unfortunately the aircon in the lobby area was not working properly, especially when we stayed there was a wedding on the top floor, so there were a lot of people in the lobby area.

The room smelled and wasn't clean. It didn't look like a 4-star hotel at all. I booked for 3 nights but only stayed for 1 because I couldn't sleep in a hotel with a room like that.

Everything was okay, but at that time I wanted to check in early but the receptionist staff said to wait until it was finished being cleaned and I was okay... It was no problem because it wasn't the right time, but they said they would contact me when it was finished being cleaned. But in fact, until almost 2 o'clock they didn't contact me, so I went and asked and then the other staff found out and I was given a card to enter the room... The staff who promised didn't contact me either... Next time, please fix it. Thanks

Great.. But if I may suggest, provide 2 room keys, so that if there is a family upstairs and one downstairs, there is no need to ask the security guard for help, it's a pity.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is excellent. I think the staff are all friendly, from the service, greeting, and giving directions, to the best.
The breakfast is also okay, but I think it's a bit incomplete in terms of heavy meals, but it's okay.

Plus: The location is close to the Bogor Botanical Gardens and has many travel options. The facilities and service are good. The parking lot is quite spacious. The water heater also works. There are quite a lot of activities offered, such as karaoke, watching movies together, riding the odong (traditional odong) to the botanical gardens (only for one child and one companion), and an indoor swimming pool.
Minuses: Upgraded rooms with connecting doors. The main room is quite spacious, but the other room is cramped. The sheets are dirty and smell musty. The hair dryer in room 1 is broken. The food variety is limited, no western breakfast (sausages, fries, etc.), the food is salty, even for an omelet, the wait is 1 hour. The spaghetti and noodles are stale :(
