This is the second time I stay in this hotel. The first one I stayed in this hotel when the name of the hotel Savero Golden Flower in 2016. And the second one I stayed in this hotel few days ago. The service that they provide still awesome. Breakfast is very good. Tasty dan vary. They provide so many menus of breakfast so I feel so confused what should I eat first. Thanks for the great experience to spending night in this hotel 🥰

This hotel was awesome! All of the staff was great. I took a superior room. Even the room was a little bit small, but it was clean and neat. The lighting was also bright. They served refill water bottle in our room. Yes, less waste. hotel is located across to Kebun Raya Bogor, so at the morning, we can enjoy the scenery by walking around. The indoor swimming pool saved us even it was raining outside. And please give attention for the breakfast buffet menu! They served a very complete and tasty menu set. From Indonesian menu to the Western. Traditional food like jajanan pasar to salad and yogurt. Coffee, tea, milk, and milk tea. Surely, we will come back again to this hotel!

It's not my first time here. This hotel is classy and comfy. I sleep like a baby, and the breakfast is wonderful. They have a corner of traditional food, and it's heavenly!!

Very comfortable place to spend holiday. Very nice location at the center of the city. Good hospitality. Indoor pool certainly gives more advantage, kids can swim although it was heavily rain in Bogor. Delicious breakfast and there was a special corner for kids to enjoy playing time while having breakfast (there was video playing, ice cream and snacks stalls, coloring sheets and crayons, books, balloons, and friendly staff to accompany the kids). Definitely a very recommended hotel. Only thing needs to be improved is the limited parking space.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, you can sleep soundly here because the mattress is very soft, the staff are all friendly and okay, there are only two things that are lacking, one is that the room is a bit not soundproof even though we were on the 7th floor, so we could stand the noise of vehicles, and the TV is not smart yet.

The hotel doesn't smell good, the room doesn't smell good either, but it's clean. Breakfast is already sold out at 7, there's no refill for just eggs, there's a long waiting list

The staff are all kind, friendly, and very helpful. Yesterday, there was a small incident that had a negative impact on me and my family, regarding parking.
For my advice regarding parallel parking in the basement, it's better if customers don't want to leave their keys, don't give them parallel parking, because it's very detrimental to others. Just give them parking on the side of the road! Because for people who are stupid and have no ethics, providing good service will be detrimental to others and the hotel. Honestly, my family and I wasted time. That's all next time, maybe it can be better. Thank you, Grand Savero Bogor

I stayed here twice and got the same room, the grand deluxe, and the strange atmosphere above our room was the sound of loud footsteps from the moment we entered until past midnight, the sound of footsteps was still there even when we wanted to check out, until my wife was scared, even when she went to the bathroom she asked to be waited for, and when she slept she didn't want the lights turned off.

I was very satisfied staying here.
The food was delicious...nothing was disappointing.
The hotel looks clean and luxurious.
I like this type of hotel...from the furniture to the hotel building.
However, some amenities are lacking...there's only one toothbrush in the room. I don't know if it's the rule that only one is given per room, or if they just forgot.

7 days stay at Grand Savero was very comfortable, all staff were friendly, food from breakfast to food/drinks ordered at the pool were all delicious, affordable prices with lots of choices, the pool was clean and child-friendly too😍 (120cm deep pool). For housekeeping, their work was super good, the room was cleaned every day, their work was very detailed, the room always smelled clean, it was cool, next time I will definitely stay at Grand Savero again, thank you for the pleasant experience🫶

1. Amenities toiletries, one of which is the towels provided looks dirty because it seems like it is an old item that should be replaced with a new one, besides the towels also smell unpleasant.
2. Cleanliness of the room, there is some dust such as in between the bedside tables and on the bathroom floor. Personally, we think the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved so that guests feel more comfortable.
3. Breakfast, a little input for the main course, especially the rice provided is not proper, we found the rice provided like dry rice with poor quality. Then for the main menu and vegetable side dishes, the seasoning is lacking. But for the fruit and side dishes, it is good, complete and tastes quite good.
That's our review. Hopefully the Grand Savero management can improve the hotel service so that guests have a comfortable overnight experience. Thank you.
