This is the second time I stay in this hotel. The first one I stayed in this hotel when the name of the hotel Savero Golden Flower in 2016. And the second one I stayed in this hotel few days ago. The service that they provide still awesome. Breakfast is very good. Tasty dan vary. They provide so many menus of breakfast so I feel so confused what should I eat first. Thanks for the great experience to spending night in this hotel 🥰

This hotel was awesome! All of the staff was great. I took a superior room. Even the room was a little bit small, but it was clean and neat. The lighting was also bright. They served refill water bottle in our room. Yes, less waste. hotel is located across to Kebun Raya Bogor, so at the morning, we can enjoy the scenery by walking around. The indoor swimming pool saved us even it was raining outside. And please give attention for the breakfast buffet menu! They served a very complete and tasty menu set. From Indonesian menu to the Western. Traditional food like jajanan pasar to salad and yogurt. Coffee, tea, milk, and milk tea. Surely, we will come back again to this hotel!

It's not my first time here. This hotel is classy and comfy. I sleep like a baby, and the breakfast is wonderful. They have a corner of traditional food, and it's heavenly!!

Very comfortable place to spend holiday. Very nice location at the center of the city. Good hospitality. Indoor pool certainly gives more advantage, kids can swim although it was heavily rain in Bogor. Delicious breakfast and there was a special corner for kids to enjoy playing time while having breakfast (there was video playing, ice cream and snacks stalls, coloring sheets and crayons, books, balloons, and friendly staff to accompany the kids). Definitely a very recommended hotel. Only thing needs to be improved is the limited parking space.

Staying at the Grand Savero Hotel Bogor was a delightful experience. The location is strategic, the surroundings are cool and Bogor-style, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. Most impressively, I received a free room upgrade to a larger room, making it even more comfortable.

The AC turned off several times and wasn't cold at all even though the temperature was set at 16 degrees. Calls from the afternoon to the FO were not answered, so I tried calling again in the afternoon and they answered the phone. I complained and the staff came, going in and out of the room several times to check the AC, so I was disturbed and couldn't enjoy my rest. They said it would take an hour to fix it. Finally, I asked to move rooms, initially they didn't give me one because they said the rooms were full, but in the end, because I was angry, I was moved to the front room. It was still a hassle having to pack up and unpack again in the new room. If it weren't for taking the kids to the Botanical Gardens.

The hotel is comfortable, in a very central location close to the Botanical Gardens and malls, there are lots of places to hang out, the hotel also has lots of facilities, it's nice and recommended.

I wish the hotel room is fully carpeted, it will elevate its elegance.
The choice of breakfast buffet is limited.

Please improve the cleanliness, especially the pool area and kids' corner. The carpet and chairs are nice, but pay more attention to their cleanliness. The food is also too ordinary for a 4-star hotel.
