Nice Hotel. We had a beachfront suite with King bed. The room was gigantic.. Probably didn't need that much room. Balcony had a jacuzzi tub. Convenient USB ports next to bed. Huge bathroom with separated toilet. Had Bath and Shower. Separated huge closet area. Hotel is right on the beach. Great breakfast on the room with many options for everyone. Great restaurants nearby as well as on property.

Incredibly luxurious rooms! Right on the beach, nice pool and lounge area, rooftop restaurant with beautiful view of the beach. My only negative comment is that they have two live music shows one in the pool level and one on roof top so I could hear both at the same time which was annoying.

I had an exceptional experience at this property. I enjoyed a 16 night stay at the ocean view suite with stunning panoramic ocean views. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate my discerning requests. Efficient, professional, and great location in Seminyak. Live entertainment, cuisine quality, and vibe were absolutely memorable. A property well worth its 5 star rating. Thank you Grand Seminyak Team! I will see you all very soon.

Service was good, staff were friendly, and the location and room were beautiful. It has been rated 1 star due to food poisoning. I ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner, and again for breakfast prior to a scuba diving trip booked. The experience was completed ruined due to terrible sickness and diarrhoea throughout the trip. I was unwell for 4 days.

Location is fantastic and staff so a great job to make your stay enjoyable. Some parts of the property are a little dated and just need some care but doesn't take away from the overall experience. Would see myself coming back

Stayed here for 2 higher. Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Hotel room was huge and very clean. The hotel overall however was dated and needs upgrading, but we were told that a refurbishment was planned.

Gorgeous room and pool with ocean view!

We feel we were terribly cheated. We planned for this trip with great expectations. We choose this one because we saw on both Expedia and Google it was rated 5 stars. When we arrived we found it barely worth 2-3 stars. First, the air conditioning was poorly maintained. We went there in last December which was a rain season. It rained almost everyday. Since hotel's air conditioning system did not have dehumidifying functions, water was dripping down from all air outlets in the room. The worst dripping area was in the walk-in closet so our luggages and clothes got socked terribly. In the night my wife almost slipped over the water on the floor when she walked to bathroom. Second, the hotel boasted it's beachfront location. It turned out was a public beach in front of the hotel. It was full of garbages scattered around. The sand looks so dirty that you don't dare lay down over it. Our booking was for 12 days, but after 4 days of the stay we decided to move to Ritz Carlton which is a true 5 star hotel. Though this hotel is non-refundable and we had wasted over five thousand dollars (money for 8 day stay 2 rooms), we believe we made right decision. We cannot imagine how miserable we would be if we spent our whole vacation at this place. Ritz Carlton did give us an entirely different experience as a five star hotel. Compared to Ritz Carlton, this one (so-called 5 star) is like a shabby village cottage. I warn people who want to stay here for 5-star hotel experience to be cautious.

Beautiful hotel with huge luxurious rooms. Good location right on sunset beach. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating.

The staff are very friendly, always attentive and offer the best service. This shouldn’t deter you from staying but the Reception area / lobby needs to have ceiling fans. When there’s no airflow the heat can be very overwhelming when checking in or when sitting in the Reception area lounges. The hotel lift door sensors need to be recalibrated or replaced.

Great service and accommodations

The staff at Grand Seminyak went out of their way to always help. The room cleaners did an amazing job with cleaning our room every day. Furthermore the food was nice and enjoyable.

Very nice hotel with amazing location and views. We had a jacuzzi on balcony and in bathroom but water was quite smelly and dirty. We had to get help to get it fixed. Problem was resolved quite quickly but jacuzzi jets were still not working. It’s good to check these things early but otherwise pleasant staff and great location.

The Grand Seminyak lifestyle boutique was 5 stars. The service was amazing, front of house staff Ari and Witya accommodated all our requests and were super friendly as were all the hotel staff. The room was beautiful and spacious almost like a small house inside a hotel, with our own pool just outside our back door. Food was delicious for all meals breakfast lunch and dinner and room service. For those who book early tour adventures where you are required to be picked up before breakfast speak to the front of house staff the day before as the can organise a breakfast box that you can take with you (unfortunately we where not aware of this until we left one morning but something we took note of for the future) If you have a late flight home and spend some time walking around before heading to the airport they also provide a shower room to freshen up before you leave. This location is directly at the beach front could ask for a wonderful holiday. We would definitely stay again.

The ocean view room was perfection! Spacious and a stunning room. Room was serviced twice a day. Staff we so friendly and always met you with a smile. Would definitely go back there.

An absolute gem of our child with a great staff. The pool is wonderful. I believe this property was an on Tara at one time. The breakfast are wonderful. I would definitely come back again.
