Rancabali Tea plantation Tourism is a tourism place of tea plantations located in Ciwidey area, Bandung. Located at an altitude of 1,628 above sea level, the temperature around this area reaches approximately 20o C.

The hotel is quite comfortable, the swimming pool is quite spacious and clean, the buffet breakfast is very varied and complete, the gym has quite varied equipment and is quite spacious, the view from the family room is also beautiful... you can see the mountains.

All the hotel staff are friendly, the room is clean, but because I ordered a superior twin room, the walk was a bit far... but overall the kids were happy and asked to come back here again.

I booked a pavilion room with two bedrooms and didn't expect it to be that spacious. The bed was comfortable and soft, and the pillows were also really nice. 😍
It immediately went on my list of recommended hotels...
Check-in was smooth and fast. There was no deposit required either...
The AC in the room worked very well.
The KM water heater was excellent, not the one that only gets hot at first and gets cold after a while 😆
The KM also provided a hairdryer (even though I brought one from home).
The amenities were also good...
Oh, and here's some feedback:
When I went to the pool at night, I used the towels provided in the pool area. I noticed a strong urine smell, even though the towels were warm and dry (I only realized this when I was about to use them in the changing room).
However, when I went to the pool in the morning and borrowed another towel, it was perfectly fine, haha.

Check-in was at 3, but they still asked me to wait, claiming it was being rechecked.
And the Wi-Fi isn't recommended; it's incredibly slow.
I asked the receptionist about the 750,000 IDR room promotion displayed in the elevator, but she seemed clueless and only asked me to WhatsApp.
So, who should I ask?
