I want to extend my sincere gratitude to the entire staff for a wonderful stay. From the reception to the housekeeping team, everyone was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. A special thank you to Sandy and Chitra at reception for their exceptional assistance.
The room and bathroom were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The complimentary on-site parking was a convenient and appreciated amenity. Additionally, the clean swimming pool and fitness facilities were a great bonus that significantly enhanced my experience.
I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning with my family on my next visit.

Rancabali Tea plantation Tourism is a tourism place of tea plantations located in Ciwidey area, Bandung. Located at an altitude of 1,628 above sea level, the temperature around this area reaches approximately 20o C.

The kids wanted some healing, so I searched for a comfortable resort hotel on the app and read reviews from guests who had stayed at Grand Sunshine. We were thrilled to get two Executive Twin Rooms, each with a terrace/balcony, on the 5th floor. We were given adjoining rooms, offering beautiful views, walks, sitting on the swing, and dining together while playing on the terrace. I'll be back with my extended family.

The hotel is very kid-friendly, all the rooms are nice, comfortable, fragrant, clean, there is a warm swimming pool so you don't have to worry about the kids swimming for a long time, the staff are all friendly, I really recommend staying here even though it's been 3 days and 2 nights but it still feels like it's not enough, next time I will come back to this place 😊👍

I was very satisfied staying here.
The room was large, the breakfast was varied and delicious, the swimming pool was quite large and had hot water, and there was a free gym and sauna. There was a mini zoo. It was very complete and comfortable. I would come back here again.

There was an event climbing Mount Singa and received a recommendation to stay at this hotel. The security officers and receptionists in the hotel lobby were very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was prompt at check-in. The room was neat and clean, with no TV channels, good hot water, amenities in the room including slippers, a minibar, and a spacious room with views of the mountains and the swimming pool. Ordered food with great taste. 100 for this hotel.

second time staying at this hotel and the service is still very good, only booked 5 rooms including dinner, I thought it was a buffet menu, but it turned out there was not only a choice of menus and honestly disappointed with the dinner menu, it was very expensive because the food only got 1 menu and drinks were only tea/ice tea, we chose dinner in the lounge on the 9th floor, only ate oxtail fried rice which didn't taste very good and sweet tea.

the best hotel to stay with if you are there with the kids. It has a variety of facilities to keep ur kids busy. Breakfast taste can be improved but the variety is amazing esp if u are with picky eaters.

Nice hotel, complete facilities, can charge EV, delicious food.. The only minuses are 2, the room walls and ceiling are thin so it's really noisy, and the WiFi is intermittent.

I booked two rooms at once. I already noted that I requested a double bed for one because I'm a married couple. The other one is a single bed, which is fine because it's for my family. I found out that room 22 has a single bed.
