Regarding the complaint, after we investigated the period of 12-3 Sep 2025 there was no guest name initial R*H, and we found a similar name R*H (full name is with us) during the check-in period of 28-29 Sep 2025, here is the chronology: On Monday, September 29, 2025 at 08.37 WIT, a Family guest (Husband, Wife, 2 Children) in room 322 named R*H asked to move rooms because of complaints that 322 was dirty. Then we moved them to room 321 and continued Housekeeping check room 322. When the room was opened, the Duve position was folded on the floor, and when opened it turned out that the duvet had feces, it was confirmed to the guest that his child had defecated. On the sheet, we found brown stains and the guest also admitted that it was traces of chocolate snacks. We conveyed a fine for this of Rp. 500,000, - but after negotiation it was agreed to Rp. 250,000. The guest extended their stay with the Walk In price (no longer through Traveloka) of 450,000, and canceled the extension so that after deducting the fine we refunded Rp. 200,000, - We have made every effort to ensure that the sheets and duvets installed before the guest Check In must be completely clean without stains. And when heavy stains occur, a fine is the last step related to the laundry process and potential damage from the stains. We were also forced to close the room for 2 days to remove the smell of the stains. That is our explanation, we have emailed the attached photos and videos of the stains as a reply to the email from Traveloka. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
