The service is good, it's just that they are placed on the 5th floor, room 504, where on the top floor (6th floor) there is a renovation and the sound is disturbing all the way down. Hopefully the renovation can be completed quickly and preferably if the room is not full maybe it can be transferred to another room which is quite far from the renovation area so as not to disturb the comfort and safety of customers. For breakfast, maybe the staff on duty can pay more attention to any food that has run out/a little left so it can be refilled immediately for mutual convenience. Thank you 🥰.

We as a family of 2 bedrooms 4 guests were placed in a room adjacent to the room that was being repaired. So the atmosphere is really uncomfortable to rest. Dar bang. Being repaired. We have conveyed this question to the receptionist. The answer is just sorry. It's not like they already know if the room is being repaired why not put another room. 😔.

2 days of staying the towels were not replaced, there was no facial tissue, there was also no food at all, changing the menu for 2 days 100% the same.

Currently, I like to stay at this hotel the most because I asked for a newly renovated room, the room is quiet and spacious. The food at the restaurant is also delicious.

Day 1 I stayed yesterday, got room 308 which was damp and rundown (old room that had not been renovated), day 2 I moved to 417, room was nice, clean, WiFi fast. The staff is amazingly friendly, I think the strength and plus point of this hotel is the friendliness and genuine smiles of the employees. The food is good even though there are many empty menus. My suggestion is to make the lighting in the lobby brighter so it doesn't feel gloomy. Respect for Ms. in the coffee shop in front, who, even though she said she hasn't been working for a long time, is very helpful.

This is my experience and first night staying here out of 2 nights I planned. The staff and service are friendly, even the security guard is very friendly. I chose Verona because I saw the good reviews, I ordered a no smoking room a few days ago, but it turned out I still got a smoking room even though I had signed an agreement for a fine of 1 million if I smoked, so what was the statement agreeing to be fined if can you still get a smoking room anyway? This hotel has only changed its name for 3 months and changed to a new owner who also owns another hotel. Currently being repaired, so don't expect too much from existing facilities. The list of windows, bathtubs, racks are still in perfunctory condition, hopefully after the renovation it will be better. WiFi is also a problem, I'm in room 308, in the room WiFi is not detected, outside the room can only. So today I still can't enjoy hotel WiFi in the room, I'll see tomorrow if there is any improvement.

Holiday

Have often stayed at this hotel since the name was still before, only yesterday's last stay was a bit different, I stayed in room 405, usually 2 seats, only 1 chair was given, and even then the chair was a bit worn out. Second, the bathroom door frame which locks the door has damaged wood, so the bathroom door sometimes opens on its own. Third, pressing the closet is not good enough to see, the big button is gone. Fourth, right next to the room is undergoing repairs, the sound of hammer blows is quite disturbing. Fifth, in the past when other hotels were in and out of the lobby the door was always opened by a friendly welcoming security guard, now they open and close the door themselves. But the friendliness of the reception staff remains good even though now they are not greeted with waffle cakes and orange juice when they arrive.
